We recently used Benchmark Executive Cars for our December wedding, where we hired in total two cars and a people carrier.
We wanted to write to let you know that the service we received from yourselves was absolutely second to none. Exactly as stated on your user friendly website.
From the moment I made the first telephone call and explained what we were needing, we were advised and guided through the procedure without effort. Nothing was a bother, in fact quite the opposide. Considering how large the bridal party was with 7bridesmaids, best man, usher, 3 page boys as well as the bride and groom, that was no small party of people. Yet it went like clockwork and the trips were very smooth.
Rarely in this day and age do you come across customer service and because of this customer satisfaction, to the splendid level which your staff and company gave. Not just the professionalism and knowledge of what was required but the friendly manner in which it is given. Especially with as many little children involved.
Thank you really doesn't cover how grateful we are to you for making it as enjoyable as it was, especially my last journey with my father as a single lady. You even took us slightly out of the planned jourey so that a disabled friend of ours could see us go by.
We will have no hesitation whatsoever, in recommending you to anyone we know who is looking for quality cars, staff and service.
